1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using HelloClose (the "Service"), operated by ANDGINJA DIGITAL SERVICES, LDA, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HelloClose is an AI-powered CRM platform that provides automated follow-ups, lead scoring, AI copywriting, unified inbox, and pipeline management tools via a web application.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity per free account

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you add to HelloClose, including contacts, conversations, and pipeline information. We do not claim any rights to your data beyond what is needed to provide the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

HelloClose uses AI to generate follow-up drafts, lead scores, and copywriting suggestions. AI-generated content is provided as recommendations only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is sent to your contacts.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Attempt to circumvent usage quotas or rate limits
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access

7. Billing and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.

8. Data Accuracy

AI-generated lead scores and content suggestions are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy. You should not rely solely on AI-generated outputs for business-critical decisions without independent review.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelloClose and ANDGINJA DIGITAL SERVICES, LDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
